Slogan
Nature gives us strength, the forest gives us protection, and the earth gives us food
Description
Children of the forest and friends of nature who can grow farms much better than anyone else can. Druids love the forest and love having trees around. After they cut down a tree, they immediately plant a new one. However, druids are unskilled at mining stone and can't build fortress walls. Druids don't need braziers to shoot flaming arrows.
Details
- When a tree is chopped down, a new tree is automatically planted in its place (if the first tree was not marked for chopping) - Inhabitants gain the "Druid Among the Trees" special effect if they are near a tree (up to 3 meters away). This effect increases movement speed by 50% (doesn't stack with the "Road" effect), health regeneration by 100%, and stamina recovery rate by 30%. Trees feel like a roof overhead for druids - Druids can see well in the dark even without torches. The penalty from darkness is halved - Peasants can use shovels (by default, shovels are only available to the feudal lord) - Shovels can be used for planting farms, not just for plowing - Stone mining yield from ordinary and iron quarries is halved - Fortress walls, fortress stairs, and arrow braziers can't be built - Stockades can be built over any land type (not only over floodplains) - Inhabitants shoot flaming arrows by default. These arrows burn enemies for 30% of their health over 10 seconds. Ranged weapons have higher priority during call to arms - Number of wooden sticks needed to craft arrows is doubled - Movement speed penalty from armor is doubled. Light armor has higher priority for being equipped by peasants - Trap damage is doubled
