Basic Parameters
Health is restored over time. Food temporarily increases health regeneration.
Stamina is spent on attacks and production. Stamina is restored if you do not spend it for a length of time. Maximum stamina is reduced over time (especially when spending stamina), and can be restored by sleeping.
Fullness is restored during meals. There are 5 types of food in the game:
- Meat (displayed in red), - Vegetables (displayed in green), - Grains (displayed in purple), - Desserts (displayed in blue), - Alcohol (displayed in white).
Some foods restore several types of fullness. A varied diet has a significant effect on happiness.
